VOW for Girls
Forty fundraising ideas, screened, prototyped and prioritised for a board decision.
Helping a lean nonprofit find fundraising engines that could deliver materially larger, more diversified and more resilient revenue — and build the evidence to choose between them.
01
The challenge
VOW for Girls needed materially larger, more diversified revenue — and a disciplined way to choose between many possible fundraising engines before committing to any of them.
02
What we did
Served as senior advisor and sprint co-architect with the interim CEO, running a time-boxed sprint through to a Board decision.
03
What we built
Rapid concept prototypes tested live; a standardised screen across the idea set (market size, behaviour, revenue potential, execution complexity, strategic fit); a 522-respondent survey across seven audience segments; and prioritisation logic for leadership and Board decisions.
- 40 ideas screened
- 522-person survey
- Prioritised for a Board decision
